E&E Group was established in 1992 and has been representing DBM in Turkey since 1996, leading the outplacement market locally. The company is headed by partners, Kıvanç Ersöz (founding partner) and Cihangir Erdem.

Based in Istanbul, DBM Turkey works nationwide as required. Our consultants provide career support services to clients at all levels and have at least 20 years business experience.

We have been offering outplacement and executive coaching services across a variety of industries for nearly 15 years. During that time DBM Turkey has supported more than 12,000 individuals from 130 companies. 90% of our customers are multinationals or large local organisations.
