DBM started delivering outplacement services in Indonesia in 2000 in partnership with a well-known local HR consulting firm that had been in operation for twenty years. Following on from this success, DBM established a formal office in Indonesia in 2002. Since that time the Indonesian office has assisted local and multinational corporations in transition at all levels of their organization – from factory closures to senior local and expatriate individuals. A record of success, combined with local market knowledge has enabled DBM Indonesia to become a true HR partner and market leader to the customers and clients it serves.

With its principal office in Jakarta, DBM covers the entire Indonesian archipelago in a very personalised manner both on-the-ground and remotely through the use of advanced technology.
