DBM started its operations in the Philippines in 2001. It was the first organization to bring the concept of outplacement to the local market, quickly establishing itself as the market leader in this field. It has provided outplacement and career transitioning services to executives and managers, through individual programs and group outplacement workshops to rank and file employees. It has also established and operated Career Transition Centers (CTC) for large numbers of employees in transition. DBM Philippines has also been conducting career management workshops and executive coaching.
DBM services primarily customers and their employees in Metro Manila and has the capacity to support customers in other areas in the Philippines through a combination of on-the-ground and distance services.
Our experienced consultants and staff are able to provide a wide range of options to suit the needs of our clients. In addition to DBM’s core business offerings, we also provide consulting services in career management and executive coaching. Where our clients in outplacement wish to pursue opportunities other than employment, we are able to provide a wide range of options such as consulting, livelihood and entrepreneurship, and selling of products and services.
DBM provides services to local and multinational corporations in diverse industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, financial, and professional services. Our customers include well-known corporations including Unilever, Amkor Technologies, Nokia, and Sun Life of Canada.

Mario Gatus has been providing outplacement and career transitioning consultancy services for over four years. He was a partner of SGV & Co., a leading auditing and management consulting company in Southeast Asia for sixteen years and partner in charge of human resources in the Philippines for three years.
Mario holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors of the Philippines. He is also a member of the Management Association of the Philippines and the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.
