Jorge Riveiro
As Country Head of DBM Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, Jorge Riveiro is responsible for the overall coordination of DBM Argentina’s consulting services. Previously, he was Industrial Relations Manager of Yelmo S.A. and Maprico S.A., and Legal and Human Resources Director of Montedison Farmacéutica S.A. He also held the office of President of Cooperala (Business Association of Pharmaceutical Laboratories) for two consecutive terms, and is its Treasurer at present. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Funprecit, President of Laboratorios Ingens S.A., a member of the PyME (small- and middle-sized companies), and the Committee of the UIA (Argentine Industrial Association).
Mr. Riveiro’s academic background includes graduation as a Lawyer and Notary Public from UBA (University of Buenos Aires). He commonly participates as a speaker in several national and international forums, and his biography appears in Who’s Who in Science and Engineering (Sixth Edition 2002-2003).
Fernando De Dios
As Country Head of DBM Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, Fernando De Dios is responsible for the overall coordination of DBM Argentina’s consulting services. He has more than 25 years of experience in the HR area with a variety of client organizations and practices such as IT, Telecommunications, Health Care, Industry, Consumer Products, etc. Previously, he held duties in the computing department of Somisa S.A., Gas del Estado and Chrysler Financiera.
Mr. De Dios commonly participates as a speaker in different national and international forums. He is a mentor of “Employment 1996-1997-2000”, Employment and Training National Hall, with six biannual series.
