Karen Oliver
Karen is the Managing Director, responsible for sales, development & client services. She has over 18 years experience in human resources & training, assisting international organizations and line managers in the UK, Hong Kong and Dubai to achieve business goals. Her background in managing change includes supporting individuals with career transition in a wide range of industries from banking, FMCG, telecommunications, I.T., construction and health care. Karen has a Masters Degree in Organizational Behaviour, is a member of the UK C.I.P.D., Dubai Human Resources Forum and holds Level A & B Occupational Testing Qualifications from the British Psychological Society. She is also an accredited coach.
