President, DBM East Asia & Pacific Region
As President for DBM East Asia and Pacific region Karen shapes the growth of the business through the oversight and design of strategic interventions in support of organisations undergoing change, developing leadership capability, implementing business improvement processes and enhancing personal performance. Customers rely on Karen to address existing and emerging business issues and people strategies in concert with economic, market and cultural nuances stretching as far as Africa and the Middle East. In addition Karen sits on the DBM Global team representing her region for career transition, talent management and all issues pertaining to the development of leading edge solutions in support of our customer's business results. Her team are the cornerstone for delivering to business imperatives representing DBM's centre of excellence for the Asia Pacific/Africa region.
Karen has managed her own consultancy specialising in organisational dynamics and has 15 years experience in the Human Capital Management industry including executive roles held with full commercial and financial performance accountability in Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong. Karen graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Education and Learning.

Yong-jin Kim
General Manager
Yongjin Kim is the General Manager of DBM Korea. He has over 15 years business management experience, including 8 years in outplacement consulting. Yongjin is responsible for securing and maintaining relationships with key customers and ensuring that client and customer expectations are achieved through operational and sales excellences. Yongjin holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University. He worked for POSCO before joining DBM.

Sung-il Kim
Director, Business Development Team, Korea
Sung-il is the Director of the Korea Sales Team. Sung-il is responsible for securing and maintaining relationships with customers and providing planning, logistics, and communications consultation and support to key accounts nationwide. Sung-il has 7 years experience in Ministry of Labor and 5 years consulting with individuals and organizations in transition. He is a graduate of Kyonggi University.
Career Transition Practice Leader
Dong-Hyun Choi
Director, Career Transition Services, Korea
Dong-hyun is the Director of Career Transition Services for DBM Korea. He is responsible for the delivery of career transition and career management services to clients and provides planning, logistics, and communications consultation and support to key accounts nationwide. Dong-hyun Choi is one of the first outplacement consultants in Korea since DBM Korea pioneered the service in Korea. He was awarded the ‘Best DBM Consultant in Asia-Pacific” in 2002. He holds an MBA from Korea University.

Hanah H.S. Kang
Director, Career Transition Services and Coaching Practice Leader, Korea
Hanah is the Director and Coaching Practice Leader for DBM Korea. She is responsible for helping companies align the performance of key talent with overarching strategic objectives. Hanah is a Graduate of Yonsei University in Education (Master Degree) and holds a certificate as a “Life Time Education™” instructor and currently enrolled in the Doctor’s course for Career Coaching.
