Region President

Warwick Nash
President, Northern Europe
Warwick joined DBM in 2010 as President Northern Europe. In this role, Warwick shapes the direction and success of the firm across the wholly owned subsidiaries in UK, Ireland, Holland, Belgium and manages the relationships with the firm's affiliate partners across Europe including Germany, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Russia, E Europe and Israel.

Warwick has more than 20 years experience leading teams through change. His experience includes Regional CEO of Millward Brown (a WPP company), Business Unit Director at Diageo plc, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Investment Executive at Bridgepoint Capital (the leading UK mid market private equity firm).

Warwick has an MBA (with distinction) from Kellogg School of Management (Chicago) and a BA in psychology and philosophy from Oxford University.

Guy Healey
Sales Director
Guy is responsible for securing, maintaining and managing major accounts with large FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies operating in the UK, and ensuring that client and customer expectations are achieved through operational and sales excellence. Guy has 30 years experience in Public and Private sector organisations, mainly in organisation and HR consultancy roles associated with change management. He was educated at Manchester University and Manchester Business School, where he was awarded an MBA with distinction.

Karen Parsons
Sales Director
Karen Parsons joined DBM in 2000, and, is one of DBM's most experienced account directors on major national and international accounts. Her key skills lie in acting as a strategic HR partner in seeking practical and deliverable solutions for organisations and individuals experiencing change, and in the project management and planning of large scale transitions, in addition to supporting global talent development initiatives. Karen has supported organisations and individuals in a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Professional Services, FMCG, Telecoms, Transport and Utilities. Prior to joining DBM, Karen was a career transition consultant for 5 years, supporting individuals at all levels of seniority, in a variety of industries.


With a degree in Labour Law and Industrial Relations, Karen’s early career was in a variety of human resource roles in companies such as Nestle, Cadbury Schweppes and Rowntree, in addition to experience in the public sector. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds an MA in Strategic Human Resource development.

Claudine Debice
European Sales Development Director
Educated in Belgium and the UK, Claudine has extensive experience of working within the human capital sector across a number of countries. Having previously managed European strategic HR business forums, Claudine first moved into the career transition industry in 2002 when she joined DBM as Global Relationships Director. Claudine's particular focus is on unifying the sales strategy in Europe and ensuring that DBM's multi-country agreements are implemented in a consistent and locally appropriate manner. Claudine has extensive, multi-cultural experience of working with and leading projects for organisations from the ftse, top euro and fortune.

George McNeil
Customer Service Director
George is Customer Service Director for the DBM UK, liaising closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are delivered in line with agreed service levels. This will include regular liaison with customers, monitoring DBM’s effectiveness and reporting to customers. George has extensive HR/Career Transition experience with several major international H.R. consultancies. He graduated with BA (Business Economics) from Strathclyde University and later completed an MBA at the University of Newcastle.

Career Transition Practice Leaders

Julian Rye
Client Services Director
Julian is responsible for DBM's office based Client Support Operations throughout the UK; including those of the International Directors Centre.

Based in Central London, he also continues to work supporting senior clients through their career transition. He was previously the managing consultant at DBM's London City office, where he worked with individual clients as well as running external workshops and training events targeting transition, career decision, and organisational change leadership.

Julian is able to draw on over 22 years experience working in the City of London, principally within Investment Banking, where he undertook a rich diversity of operational and leadership roles.  Subsequent to his City career, Julian ran a successful consultancy in the South East of England, providing business strategy, organisational and HR support to enterprises as diverse as insurance brokers, financial market researchers and a well known UK trade union. He also worked as a member of the Executive team within a fast growing legally based training company.

Julian is also a fully accredited mediator with the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, having specialised in employment dispute resolution.

Talent Development Practice Leader

Andrew Hill
Director and Head of Practice, Europe
Andrew is responsible for business development, innovation and client engagement across the European Talent Practice. He has 16 year’s experience of driving new strategies, cultures and leadership behaviours across complex global organisations. Andrew read Theology at Oxford University, Psychology at Queen’s University Belfast and holds a Doctorate in Psychometrics from Keele University.
