Stéphane Bossy
General Manager France and Switzerland
Stephane joined DBM in 2003 as CFO for Continental Europe. He became Managing Director for France and Switzerland in 2007. Stephane manages operations and develops innovating synergies, based on quality of services and clients satisfaction in career transition. His teams are also in charge to elaborate, to set up adapted solutions to economic environment in multiple domains like external and internal mobility, outplacement, social plan support, career transition coaching, talent development, retirement seminars.
Stephane has more than 10 years of experience in management and administration. He started his career in a real estate company. He joined Challenge Career Counseling SA as Financial and Administrative Director.
From that firm a group of SME were created, active in Outplacement, Assessment, Recruitment, preparation to ISO certification.
Stéphane earned a diploma in commercial management at the Commercial School of Geneva. He completed his studies in Finance, Management and Hurman Resources in several professional training centers to Geneva and Paris.

François Dyckmans
Francois is the development director for DBM France. He is responsible for developing and maintaining superior relationships with key accounts and ensuring that customer’s expectations are achieved through various agreements both for collective and individual programs. Francois received an engineering degree in mechanics and electronics. He’s spent 27 years in the electronic industry and 10 years as managing director of southern Europe operation.
Manuela de Pennart
Senior Consultant, Executives Division
French Graphologists-Counsels Society and Labor Psychology (Development of Executives and their leadership skills) As an independent professional from 1989 through 1997, she is of-counsel to executive-search and outplacement firms, in charge of graphological analyses and debriefing meetings with clients and their consultants. As of 1997 until 2001, as an in-house consultant with Homme & Mobilité, she is in charge of assessments of skills and inplacement assignments (Talent Retention Plans) as well as outplacement services for executives, while still performing grapho-analyses and subsequent debriefings. As of 2002 within CCConseil in Paris, then starting from 2009 within DBM, Manuela de Pennart dedicates herself to outplacement and inplacement assignments for managers and chief executives (Talent Management and Retention, Internal Job Transition), she guides and supports their reflexion as well as their evolution or position research through a program of individual, customized meetings.om is the Senior Vice President for the Northeast Sales Area for DBM. He is responsible for securing and maintaining relationships with key customers and ensuring that client and customer expectations are achieved through operational and sales excellence. Tom has 30 years experience in the human capital and talent development marketplace. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Claude Fannius
Claude is graduated of Sciences Po Paris and of the Universty of Economic sciences of Paris Dauphine; he has spent 25 years as a corporate banker and a private banker. He joined DBM 10 years ago and is a leader in the practice of individual ouplacement for Executives and Senior Executives.
Charlotte Quémard
Charlotte is a project manager on group programs or career centers. She is responsible for the delivery of career transition and career management services to clients and provides support and legal advices on social plans to key accounts customers. She has worked for 12 years as a sales manager in France and Singapore.
Talent Development Practice Leader
Véronique Prigent
Veronique, consultant and coach, leads various missions with managers, senior managers and executive people: individual and group coaching, team building, individual outplacement and assessment programs. She has developed a real know how for leading indivuals and groups to transform any period of change into an opportunity. Trained to coaching at “International Mozaik”, she is graduated in Human Ressources and certified MBTI.
