Regional President

Claudio Garcia
Latin America President
Claudio Garcia is DBM’s president Brazil and Latin America, one of the biggest Human Resources consulting companies in the world. He works for the company since 2006, where he also worked in the Relationship Management area.

He is responsible for the development of the consulting area of organization and client relationship activity, as well as for the geographic expansion of commercial actions.

Before DBM, he worked in Hedging Griffo, in the financial segment, in Rede Gazeta, in the media and communications segment, in Hopi Hari, the biggest theme park in Latin America, and in Brahma, currently AMBEV.

Claudio is a Civil Engineer, with a post-graduation in Business Management.

José Augusto Figueiredo
Business Development Vice-President
José Augusto Figueiredo is Chief Operations Officer – COO, Coach and Consultant in DBM Latin America. Certified in Coaching from Columbia University and in PMP from the Project Management Institute, he currently presides ICF Brasil - International Coach Federation.

He participated in restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions projects, in organizations such as GE, AHP, Shell, Oi, Vale, Natura, Banco Real, Coca-Cola, GSK, among others.

Post-graduated in Business Administration from UFRJ – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and with MBA from Coppead – Instituto de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from UERJ – Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, and in Psychology from Universidade Santa Úrsula.

As an executive, worked in organizations such as Prax Air, American Cyanamid, American Home Products and BASF, including periods in which he lived in Germany and in the United States.

Caroline Pfeiffer Marinho
Marketing and Sales Director

Caroline Pfeiffer Marinho is DBM’s Marketing and Sales Director. She is responsible for the development and consulting of Talent Development, Coaching and Career Transition projects, helping companies’ leaders and Human Resources professionals to develop their teams and professionals in transformation environments, helping them to experience and lead changes.

An Advertising professional, graduated from PUC São Paulo, is certified in Coaching from ICI, with MBA in Marketing from ESPM São Paulo, and currently attending Psychology in FMU.

15 years of executive career in the sales, marketing and corporate relationship areas in CCF (currently HSBC) and Itaú, AGF (currently Allianz) and Icatu Harford and BRZ Investments.

Career Transition Practice Leaders

Angelo Meniconi
Career Transition Practice Leader
Angelo Meniconi is leader of Outplacement practices and services. In this position, he is responsible for the management of the area, including matters related to the methodology and conduction of processes, selection and development of the consultant team, in addition to the management of DBM's office.

Graduated in Psychology, with specialization in Organizational Psychology, he has attended several courses and is certified in the use of assessment and coaching tools.

He developed his career as a Consultant in DBM Brazil, conducting Outplacement, Coaching and Career Counseling processes, not to mention organizational change projects.

His previous experience includes 20 years in Human Resources in ICI Brasil, Scopus Tecnologia, Editora Abril and Billi Farmacêutica, in technical and executive positions, acting in all areas in Human Resources.

Monica Ramos
CTS by DBM Unity Director and Leader of Organizational Changes Projects Practice
Mônica Ramos is CTS by DBM Unit Director and Leader of Organizational Changes Projects Practice. She is responsible for the business unit intended to hold Career Transition programs aimed at a non-executive public, and also for the management of complex restructuring, merger, unit shutdown projects, voluntary redundancy programs and career development. She has led projects in companies from several segments, in Brazil and Latin America, such as Energias do Brasil, OI/Telemar, CSN, Wal Mart, Eli Lilly, GE, Acesita, Natura, Banco Santander, Philips, Basf, TV Cultura, among others.

She is graduated in Social Communication from Universidade Paulista. She is post-graduated in Business Administration, with emphasis on Human Resources, with Specialization in Projects Management and Knowledge Management, both from PFG São Paulo. As an executive, was leader in high complexity projects, such as DBM's Project and Consulting area startup.

She was also responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the business unit, thus consolidating the company’s strategic plans. She structured and developed multifunctional teams integrated to several cultures, maximizing their actions with clients, and increasing the company's capillarity.

Talent Development Practice Leaders

Fatima Rossetto
Talent Development Practice Leader
Fátima Rossetto is DBM's Talent Development Director. She is responsible for Culture, Leadership Development, Assessment projects and executive Succession Programs, with focus on the development of teams and professionals, broadening skills of people whose abilities may be directed to any business context where the organization is.

Psychologist graduated from UniFMU São Paulo, with MBA in Corporate Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração USP, she is certified in OPQ32, DISC, LPA, Rorschach Method, among other assessments. She is also post-graduated in Psychosomatics, Counseling and Gestalt Therapy (Uni FMU), with Certification in Coaching (ICI), Internal Consulting (IP) and PMI.

She is responsible for Career and Succession Programs that allow the organization to design teams from a perfect adaptation of professionals to their positions, functions and demands, thus providing indicators for the integration, development and individual succession process, as well as for the performance management. She also elaborates Leadership Programs, promoting more alignment and definition of people management model, through innovative methodologies.

The jobs performed in companies such as Natura, Cisco, Basf, BG Group, Cielo, Nestlé, Wilson Sons, Petrobrás, Vale, British American Tobacco, L’oréal, T-Systems, Pilkington, Cebrace, JCA, White Martins, Medial, Sodexo, Danone, Infoglobo, Itaú, Santander, Amil, Algar, Abril, COB, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Sadia, Bayer, Grupo Ultra, Dori, ESPM, GSK, MC Donalds, Sony, Suzano, among others should be highlighted.

She was professor at FMU and ESAMC's MBA course, in addition to her experience as Head Hunter and Development Projects Manager in Talent Solution, Integration and New ID.

Carmen Nigro
Coaching Practice Leader
Carmen Maria Natali Nigro Doro is DBM’s Coaching Director. She is responsible for Counseling, Coaching and Mentoring projects directed at executives, with focus on the development of teams and professionals in transformation environments, helping them to experience and lead changes.

Psychologist graduated from PUC São Paulo, is certified in MBTI, and post-graduated in Psychodrama Techniques (PUC), Administration (FGV) and Group Dynamics (SBDG).

She developed Coaching projects in companies such as, Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD), Siemens, ANBIMA – Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais, Motorola, Banco Itaú-Unibanco, among others.

With 39 years of executive career in Human Resources, she has worked as HR Vice-President in banks such as Bancos de Crédito Nacional, Excel-Econômico and Bilbao Viscaya. She led a merger project of teams from two banks, which included all responsibilities and interfaces with Banco Central. She was president of a Foundation (Social Security and Social), responsible for the management of assets, reserves and benefits technical plans.

She also worked as HR Director in companies from the financial and intensive labor services and health care segments (Brasanitas Serviços Integrados and Grupo Notredame Intermédica, respectively.
